Terms of Service

By accessing or using CreditBridge (“the System”), operated by CreditBridge LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the System.

CreditBridge is an educational membership system designed to help members understand and build credit history in the United States, in English and Spanish.

We are NOT a credit repair service. We do NOT contact credit bureaus on your behalf. We do NOT promise specific score outcomes.

Outcomes follow each member's individual work, circumstances, and external factors outside our control.

CreditBridge offers three membership tiers: Esencial, Avanzado, and Privado. Pricing and tier-specific details are shared after an access request is reviewed and approved.

⚠ Review with attorney: Auto-renewal clause, billing cycles, and tier-specific cancellation policy must be drafted and approved by counsel before public launch.

You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in the United States to use the System. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the access request process.

By accepting these Terms, you agree NOT to:

• Share login credentials or access with non-members.
• Redistribute, resell, or republish educational content from the System.
• Use the System for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the System's methodology.

All content, methodologies, frameworks, and materials in the System are the exclusive property of CreditBridge LLC. Members receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access content during their active membership period.

The System is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do NOT warrant that the System will improve your credit score, that you will achieve any specific financial outcome, or that the System will meet your particular needs.

⚠ Review with attorney: Specific limitation-of-liability clauses (gross negligence carve-outs, force majeure language, jurisdictional exceptions) require attorney review.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CreditBridge LLC's total liability arising out of or related to your use of the System shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to CreditBridge LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

⚠ Review with attorney: Confirm liability cap is enforceable under Florida law and consistent with applicable consumer protection statutes.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your membership at any time, subject to your tier's cancellation policy. Educational content access ends at the end of your active billing period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Osceola County, Florida.

⚠ Review with attorney: Decide between mandatory arbitration clause vs. court litigation. If arbitration: name administrator (AAA, JAMS), seat, language, class-action waiver enforceability under Florida and federal law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Continued use of the System after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
