01 Introduction

CreditBridge LLC operates CreditBridge. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information related to your interaction with the System.

02 Information We Collect

Information you provide voluntarily through the access request form:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Preferred language for educational modules (English, Spanish, or both)
  • Current credit stage (recently arrived, 1–3 years, established history, or other)
  • Optional context about your reasons for applying
  • Optional tier of interest

Information collected automatically when you visit our website:

  • Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, timestamps)
  • Referrer URL when applicable

We do NOT currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts.

⚠ Review with attorney: Update this section once the GoHighLevel CRM integration is live to disclose data flows, processor identity, and any analytics added.

03 How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process your access request and reply with membership information
  • Communicate about educational content, member sessions, and System updates
  • Improve the System's content, structure, and member experience
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our legitimate operational interests

We do NOT sell your information to third parties.

04 Data Sharing

We may share your information with:

  • Service providers strictly necessary to operate the System (e.g., CRM, email delivery, hosting), under written data processing agreements that bind them to confidentiality and security standards.
  • Legal authorities when required by law (subpoena, court order, or other legal process), or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or protect rights.

⚠ Review with attorney: Disclose GoHighLevel as a data processor once integration is live: identity, location of processing, categories of data shared, and DPA reference.

05 Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and operational practices to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

06 Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to access the information we hold about you
  • Right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Right to request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention obligations
  • Right to object to or restrict certain processing
  • California residents: rights under the CCPA, including the right to opt out of sale of personal information (note: we do not sell)

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@creditbridge.us. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

⚠ Review with attorney: Confirm GDPR applicability if EU traffic is accepted; map state-specific U.S. rights (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas) once member base scales.

07 Data Retention

We retain access request data for the duration of your interest in CreditBridge plus a reasonable additional period to satisfy legal, accounting, and operational obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize the data.

⚠ Review with attorney: Define specific retention periods (e.g., 24 months for non-converted leads, 7 years for active member financial records) consistent with Florida and federal requirements.

08 Children's Privacy

The System is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do NOT knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will promptly delete it.

09 International Users

The System is operated from the United States. By using the System, you consent to the processing of your data in the U.S., which may have different data protection rules than your country of residence.

⚠ Review with attorney: If active EU members exist, add Standard Contractual Clauses or other transfer mechanism, and update this section accordingly.

10 Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email and reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
